Help Us

There are many ways to help your neighbors in poverty. Time:  We welcome volunteers to serve in our food and clothing pantries on a weekly or monthly basis.  Time commitment is @ 4 hours per pantry.  Volunteers must be active members of a local Christian church, fill out a volunteer application with background check, and undergo minimal training. Talent:  We are actively looking for volunteers to serve in skilled areas such as reception, IT, data entry, electronic marketing (website updates, facebook, twitter, etc.), fundraising, maintenance, and many more.  Give us a call to offer your skills! Treasure:  Financial support of Caregiving Network goes a long way.  We collaborate daily with churches, agencies, and organizations to provide much-needed food, clothing, housing, electricity, and other needs.  Our membership with the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan allows us to purchase food at pennies on the dollar to maximize our care-giving! We also welcome in-kind donations of food, gently-used clothing, personal care items like shampoo and deodorant, and household items like linens, dishes, and small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, etc.)
